Who we are

Software that solves real processes

We are based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, founded in 2011 by information technology professionals. Out of that experience we have built systems that today handle the most sensitive tasks of modern administration, simply and without ceremony. One of our newest specialties is bringing legacy systems back to life through migrations to PHP and vanilla JavaScript — no fragile dependencies to maintain.

Building systems is more than a business to us: it is proof that our country is a world-class place to develop software. We take on every challenge our clients and their users bring — and it is those users, not us, who judge whether a system is useful.

Get returns on your information technology investment measured in months, not years.

We support your company throughout the entire life cycle of the application.

What it looks like solved

One representative case per system, built from real projects — without naming any client or using their data.

Lanconta Abastos

The challenge
Every shift close meant half an hour reconciling the cash count by hand, and a transfer between branches that went missing on the way went unnoticed until month-end.
What we built
Point-of-sale ERP with an automatic cash count per shift and traceability for every transfer between branches, from the moment it leaves one warehouse until it enters the other.
The result
Closing a shift went from hunting for pennies to a report that already balances; a missing transfer is caught the same day, not a month later.

Lanconta A Fijos

The challenge
A hospital with medical equipment spread across several floors could not tell, without searching in person, whether a defibrillator was in the ER or had been on loan to another floor for two weeks.
What we built
Fixed-asset system organised by real physical location, not just by inventory number — each piece of equipment has a place it belongs and a history of where it has been.
The result
A physical audit that used to take days of walking hallway by hallway now starts by knowing where to look first.

Lanconta Impuestos

The challenge
Every REP (payment receipt) has a narrow window to be stamped correctly, and missing it because nobody noticed in time means an avoidable tax correction.
What we built
Suite that checks CFDIs against the SAT automatically and warns before a REP window closes, instead of discovering it at the next audit.
The result
REPs stopped slipping through the cracks — the alert arrives before the deadline, not after.

Suite Facturación Electrónica desde SAP

The challenge
Issuing electronic invoices to the SAT from SAP HANA usually requires an expensive add-on module from SAP itself, just to comply with Annex 20.
What we built
A system that receives the invoice from SAP as a plain text file and builds the entire electronic invoicing process — CFDI, stamping, SAT validation — completely outside SAP.
The result
An operation already running on SAP HANA gets Mexican electronic invoicing without paying for or maintaining an extra SAP module: the text file is the only point of contact.

Vales MRO

The challenge
In automotive manufacturing, a spare part that cannot be found in the warehouse stops an entire line while someone searches three storerooms by hand.
What we built
Spare-parts warehouse management with traceability per requisition slip, integrated with Oracle Financials so each consumption is tied to the real work order.
The result
Finding a spare part is no longer a walk through storerooms — the screen shows whether it exists and where, before the line stops.

Bóveda Lanconta

The challenge
The existing ways of receiving each supplier's CFDI XML are all different — each one sends it through their own channel — and there is no single place where they truly all live together.
What we built
A vault that centralises the reception of every supplier's XML regardless of the channel it came through, organised as one digital archive per supplier.
The result
Nobody has to track down which channel a supplier's XML arrived through — they all end up in the same place, ready for an audit.

SSEM

The challenge
A petrochemical company contracting freight at high volume has no easy way to verify that each carrier is billing according to the agreed rules — with hundreds of trips a month, an off-rate charge gets lost among the rest.
What we built
Carrier management system that validates every charge against the rate rules contracted with each carrier.
The result
A charge that does not match the contract is caught before it is paid, not discovered months later in a review.

Validador de Facturas Recibidas

The challenge
A received CFDI with an altered fiscal folio, or cancelled after being paid, is a fraud many companies only discover when the SAT audits them.
What we built
Automatic authenticity validation of every received CFDI against the SAT, before it is booked as a real expense.
The result
A fake CFDI is caught on arrival, not in the following year's audit.

Supermercado

The challenge
In automotive manufacturing, not knowing the real state of the shop floor in real time means planning the next order with yesterday's data.
What we built
MRP with shop-floor control (PC Store) that reflects real production progress, not an estimate typed in at the end of the shift.
The result
The impact on overall inventory cost was so clear that the investment justified itself, with no need to convince anyone.

Portal de Proveedores

The challenge
Coordinating with a supplier — quotes, deliveries, incidents — today lives scattered across email, phone calls and spreadsheets nobody else can see.
What we built
A portal where suppliers log in directly to see what is being asked of them and report progress, without depending on someone forwarding an email.
The result
Still in development — the goal is that a supplier no longer waits for an email reply to know where things stand.

Contabilidad Financiera

The challenge
Capturing the same information twice — once for the CFDI, again for the books — is the most common and most expensive mistake of an SME without its own system.
What we built
Accounting fed directly by the CFDIs and tax filings that already go through Lanconta Impuestos, with no double entry.
The result
Still in development — the goal is for each journal entry to be born from the real CFDI, not from someone typing it again.

Asistencias

The challenge
Recording working hours becomes mandatory in Mexico starting in 2027, and many SMEs still track attendance on a paper list or a spreadsheet nobody reconciles.
What we built
Attendance, shift and incident tracking designed to meet that mandatory registration without buying a full HR system.
The result
Reaching 2027 with the registration already working, not rushing to implement it the month it becomes mandatory.

SIRH

The challenge
A corporate-grade HR system costs more than a manufacturing SME can justify, so they end up keeping employee files and payroll in loose folders.
What we built
An integrated human resources system with what a manufacturing SME actually uses — employee files, payroll, HR processes — without the cost of a system designed for a corporation.
The result
The same control an expensive HR system offers, at a cost that makes sense for the company's real size.

Lanconta Calidad

The challenge
An industrial kitchen integrator that certifies its processes needs real quality management, but a system designed for a corporation is too complex and too expensive for it.
What we built
Quality management — non-conformities, audits, process control — sized for an SME, not cut down from a system for a large company.
The result
The quality control a certification requires, without the learning curve or the cost of a system built for a different size of company.

Rescate de Sistemas Legacy

The challenge
An old system nobody wants to touch keeps running because migrating it sounds like a months-long project with a new framework to learn.
What we built
Migration to PHP and vanilla JavaScript — no framework that goes obsolete in two years, no license to renew every cycle.
The result
A legacy system that once again has someone to maintain it, without betting on a trendy technology that will be "legacy" again in five years.

How we work

From the idea to a system in production

01

Diagnosis

We learn how your operation actually works before proposing a single line of code.

02

Design

We define the solution: scope, data flows and architecture.

03

Development

We build and integrate the system with your existing platforms, SAP included.

04

Support

We stay with the system through its whole life cycle, not just the launch.

Track record
